I flashed “WS2812_GRADIENT v4” to a NodeMCU using the Flash Tool. The Webserver works and the Strip was find in Hue Essentials App, but with a caution sign, like it’s not available. When i try to add the strip to an entertainment area, it doesn’t appears in the selection menu.
The bridge is the Home Assistent addon 1.5.0 and works fine together with a “Generic_WS2812_Strip.ino”.
Should this bridge support gradient strips in general?
Gradient strips are only supported of the diyhue bridge beta version. Then it works.
Unfortunately gradient strips are not supported of Ambilight TVs.
