Hey im trying to add my philipshue setup to diyhue but i only can find the lights and not my rooms and sync box why is this?
Hi, this is because only lights are fetched from philips hue.
Everything else is not imported.
Oke hey but now i want to add a esp led strip to my philipshue setup via diyhue but when i try to add the diyhue bridge to my philipshue existion setup it wont connect keep asking me to press on the bridge button
You are trying to add diyhue to original philips hue bridge? That is never going to happen because philips hue can not add other bridges.
If you want to add diyhue to the hue app then you need to do it without an philips account.

there are people saying it works and some say it does not work.
i dont have a sync box, i have a ambilight tv and that works.
have you set up the sync box like this link?
if it is not working please post the full debug from the webui and look in the log for traceback errors and post them here.
Oke i will try but now im stuck on adding my bridge to my app i reinstalled the app so no account and now it ask me to push the button on the bridge so i go to the webui and press the link button and nothing happens to my app it wont connect why?
Have you setup the correct time zone? If that is good then i need to see the logs.

In the logs i dont see any errors, also i dont see any requests to pair. Do you have a original bridge or other instance of diyhue running?
Hey, Yeah i have the original hue bridge running with a setup.
It is possible that the original bridge is interfering with the diyhue setup, try turning off the original bridge and try again
Okay yes, I disconnected the bridge and tried again, but still nothing. My app says it found the bridge and when I try to pair it, it doesn’t pair.
Note: im running diy hue on homeassistant as a addon
In the log of diyhue on the addon page do you see a traceback error during pairing?
In the config page of the addon have you disabled https? The hue app can not work if https is disabled.

Hey me again i found out the problem it was something with my https because i use duckdns so now im running it dockerd on another pi and it works greate but now i have a question where can i find the config.json ?

There is no config.json, its config.yaml, its located in the config folder, when you setup docker you needed to specify a directory, that is where your config files are located. If you just want to see the config and not want to edit them you can download them via the webui>diyhue>bridge>bridge control>download config
Oke greate another question i cant connect my sync box to the diyhue bridge its telling make sure the bridge is on the same network and has the name Hue bridge but i did al that
