That’s fine, as long as your wifi and lan are not separate subnets and your network allows devices to communicate with each other. Is this your own private router or one managed by someone else?

sorry for the delay I saw hj, my router is fiber optic, and I do not have full access to it, it is managed by my internet provider.

Then there’s no way to know if the router is what is blocking the messages to/from DIYHue.
